Got this as a to go order so I didn't get to eat it fresh but overall I think it's pretty good and almost up to standard to the ones I got from China. Expect this one is so much more expensive (but Seattle prices smh). I got the lamb one and it has a fair amount of thinly sliced lamb pieces in it and great cumin seasoning on it. The wonton sheet a nice addition even tho it was a bit soggy due to time. I like how they add an egg to the pancake mixture.

A cozy small hut that sells tasty street food for a cheap price! Everything is self-service, so you can modify the order to your preference. They have wide variety selections in their menu, including vegan and vegetarian options. And they're also participating in the UW Cherry Blossoms festival, so now it's a good time to check them out!

Got this order to go so didn't get to eat it fresh. Regardless, great portion for the price depending on what you get. Some meats are more expensive than the others. I got the new lamb one which was so delicious. Nicely meaty with thin thin slices but not stingy on meat. The crispy wonton cracker was soft by the time I got to eat it but some parts were still crispy so I reckon it would be crispier eaten immediately. Their mild spiciness is quite nice with a good kick. Though if you don't really eat spicy it may be a little too spicy. Also not overly salty and well flavored! Also tried a sip of their soymilk which was quite nice. The soybean flavor was prominent and the soymilk was sweetened.

Super nice service and yummy authentic food that brought me to my hometown of northern China. I was confused which one to get and the workers helped me understand how to order - I got the Peking duck with a Chinese donut add on (which seemed to be the most popular option!) and the food was rlly good! I definitely recommend have the Chinese donut inside to make it extra filling. The soy milk is probably some of the most authentic drinks I've gotten, delicately sweet, just how I like it. Lots of Chinese food in university village but this is a spot you won't want to miss. Jianbing is a popular streetfood in China and no other places sell it here! Prices were reasonable and the food was quite filling despite the size. Most people get to-go but there is a spot for dine-in service. There are a few tables and counter overlooking the bustling street outside.

The jianbing is so good! Perfect for a quick savory and spicy snack or a meal if you get the combo! I love the attention to flavor and how there are multiple spices used not just chili to the max. The guy serving me was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. I wouldn't eat in especially with large groups, but it's perfect for on the go!

Great spot for jianbing! They have a lot of options, and make the jianbing to order right in front of you. I got the bbq pork jianbing and this was tasty. The bbq pork was good, although could have been a little more tender. And I really liked all the other fillings inside! If you need a quick snack or light meal, I would recommend Master Bing!

Casual hidden gem in Udistrict for authentic Chinese street food! I love Jianbing and haven't had one in years, but the taste of Master Bing was just as authentic as I remember it. Jian bing is a type of Chinese pancake - crepe like dish with various savory fillings. It's crispy and flavorful and the perfect handheld snack or meal. You can fully customize your own Jian bing at Master Bing or pick one of the preset options. I went with the Sakura special and added spiced lamb to it. Additional filling options include bbq pork, Peking Duck, mushrooms, pickles, Chinese donut "youtiao", and more. I chose my spice level as mild, but you can go from no spice to extra spicy. It cost $13 and was plenty as a meal. Deliciously crispy and the lamb was very tender. Soymilk costs $3 and is nice and chilled. Delicately sweet but not overbearing. A perfect combo to go with your savory jianbing. There is ample seating and the ambiance is casual. You can order off a digital screen or directly with the staff. Please be patient with the staff as English is often not their first language. They also participate in a lot of food delivery apps such as hungry panda and fantuan.
